Jayzen Patria is a personal branding expert, diversity advocate and keynote speaker. Jayzen helps individuals and ultimately, organizations, transform by guiding thousands to amplify their brand voice and bring their best authentic selves to work. Jayzen is a sought-after coach and consultant for ERGs leaders and has been proud to work with leaders at top companies focusing on diversity, including Riot Games, Fastly, Microsoft, Univision, Indeed, Tapestry, ExxonMobil, Banfi eld Pet Hospitals and many more. He has been adjunct faculty for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates – the leading organization supporting LGBTQ+ ERGs – teaching in-depth sessions at the non-profit’s two annual conferences.

Jayzen is a 25-year learning and development veteran of Fortune 100 companies, including General Electric, Comcast, and NBCUniversal. He has worked with some of the world’s top entertainment, media and tech brands, including Bravo, E!, Univision, Viacom, Universal Parks & Resorts, GolfNow, Telemundo, Focus Features, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. At NBCUniversal, he led executive development and is noted as the architect of the Talent Lab, their branded corporate university.

Inspired by his multicultural background, he is a lifelong equality advocate who has served in roles to champion diversity. Jayzen led global ERGs for fifteen years and created development programs for women and other underrepresented employees and is proud to serve as Chair of the American Red Cross National Diversity Advisory Council and on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
