Wize Grazette is a podcast producer, strategist, and community builder with over a decade of experience in digital media and audio storytelling. He is the founder of ICN.DJ, also known as the Indie Creative Network, the first podcast network in Barbados, where he helps creators build sustainable podcasts through education, distribution, marketing, and community support.
Currently serving as Community Manager for the REVOLT Podcast Network, Wize focuses on helping creators better understand the evolving podcast landscape while managing creator relationships, community engagement, and growth opportunities across the network. His work centers on cultural perspective, storytelling, and building long-term opportunities for independent creators in media.
In 2025, Wize was recognized as a Podcast Legend at the Black Podcast Awards for his contributions to podcasting and creator development.
