Elizabeth Strickler is Director of Media Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Georgia State University’s Creative Media Industries Institute and faculty jointly appointed with the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Institute in the Robinson College of Business. Her work focuses on the intersection of AI, storytelling, emerging media, entrepreneurship, and creative production. She teaches courses on AI in the creative industries, innovation, and media entrepreneurship while also consulting with industry partners on generative AI workflows and creative strategy, including recent work with Coca-Cola through StudioNow. Elizabeth’s background spans computer science, philosophy, filmmaking, immersive media, and entrepreneurship, giving her a cross-disciplinary perspective on how technology reshapes culture, labor, authorship, and creative power.
