Latha Sarathy is a multifaceted researcher with over 30 years’ experience in media/market research. 2024. She is well versed in various research methodologies and has architected several game-changing thought leadership studies that have been instrumental in influencing and directing business strategies across several media companies.

After leading research at several blue-chip companies such as ANA, NBCU, Univision, CBS Wenner Media, Disney Publications and Radio One, in 2025, Latha founded SALIENT HQ.  The objective was simple, to create a future-focused research agency built for what’s next—providing insights, innovation, and impact when clients need it most.
