Sararuth Delice is a seasoned television industry professional with over two decades of experience in media research and strategy. She currently serves as Vice President of Content Marketing Research at Screen Engine ASI, where she leads efforts to uncover insights that drive content success and audience engagement. Prior to this role, she held key research positions at Warner Bros. Discovery and Carat USA, where she shaped media planning and audience analysis for major brands.
A passionate advocate for representation and equity in media, Sararuth is President of the Advisory Board at Color Vision, an organization dedicated to advancing the careers of women of color in the media industry. She is also an active community leader, serving as a volunteer with the Haitian Embassy, an Ambassador for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, and a guest lecturer on topics including media research, marketing strategy, and personal branding.
Mentorship is central to Sararuth’s mission. She is deeply commiteed to guiding young women as they navigate their professional journeys, helping them unlock opportunities and grow with confidence.
A proud New Yorker at heart, Sararuth now resides in Maryland—where she enjoys the slightly warmer weather but keeps her New York spirit close.
